Never know what to do with the little bits and bobs you collect on holiday? Turn them into a little piece of art, this way you can have a souvenir of your trip and they don’t just end up at the bottom of the junk drawer.
My little tin is full of sea shells but you can very easily use anything you collected on any trip from pebbles to bottle caps. Anything that can fit inside your tin. Inside the lid I used scrapbook paper for extra decoration but you can use pieces of ticket stubs, post cards, photos or any paper memorabilia from your trip.
The techniques in this tutorial is used to make a sea themed tin with a faux rust look on the outside but feel free to make changes to suit the theme of your memorabilia.
